During the installation of the door valve, dirt, dust and other objects should be prevented from entering the equipment. When connecting the external interface with the equipment interface, we should pay attention to the use of each interface on the equipment. Before equipment installation, we should also check whether components, equipment, instruments and stainless steel valves are damaged. In addition, we should check whether there is dirt on the surface of each sealing surface so that it can be handled in time. The base must be placed firmly and stably, while the valve must be installed firmly and reliably. Installing the valves with carefulness can avoid unnecessary damage.
We should check whether the external interface and equipment interface are connected correctly. At the same time, we should check whether the opening and closing of each sanitary valve are flexible and whether there is blockage. When the hydrocyclone is installed and put into use, the valves at the inlet and outlet of each process should be dredged first. While opening the oil drain valve, we can slowly open the valves of water inlet, water outlet and exhaust emission, and close other valves. When the oily sewage with a certain pressure enters the hydrocyclone, the opening of the valves of water inlet and water outlet should be adjusted to ensure that the air in the container is exhausted and the whole chamber is filled with water. It is not allowed to enter water when the outlet valve is closed, so as to prevent the damage to the cyclone inside the vessel. When there is liquid overflow in the exhaust pipe, we should close the exhaust valve and the oil discharge chamber. What is more, we must ensure that the equipment operates for 3-5 minutes with the oil drain valve closed, so as to clean the sundries in the container and pipelines and prevent the blockage of the swirl pipe. After opening the oil drain valve and the instrumentaion valve, the equipment will enter the normal operation state.
When the hydrocyclone is used for a long time, we may find some problems, such as the deterioration of the water quality of the effluent, the reduction of oil removal efficiency and the internal noise of the equipment cavity. In this case, we should check whether the flow rate of the hydrocyclone is appropriate, so as to adjust it accordingly. Additionally, we can check whether the equipment operates in the working range and under normal working pressure. If not, we should adjust the cast steel valve of the equipment to make it normal. By opening the hydrocyclone cavity, we can check whether the hydrocyclone cavity and tail cone are worn or damaged.
