A steam trap is an automatic valve that removes condensate and non-condensable gases (like air) from steam systems without letting steam escape. JAZZY offers float & thermostatic, thermodynamic, and inverted bucket traps for drip, tracing, and process applications.

Key types & features:

Float & Thermostatic – Continuous drainage, excellent air handling, ideal for heat exchangers and process applications.

Thermodynamic – Robust design with a single moving disc, suitable for high pressure and superheated steam systems.

Inverted Bucket – Resists water hammer and dirt, well-suited for drip applications on steam mains.

Material: Cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel.

Connections: Threaded (NPT/BSP), socket weld, flanged.

Applications: Steam mains, heat exchangers, steam tracing, unit heaters, process equipment.
