Air Type

Precautions for Use

1. Do not use for applications other than fluids.

2. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure during use.

3. Do not use it outside the operating temperature range to prevent deformation of the sealing material and cause leakage.

4. Do not hit, bend, stretch artificially to prevent damage.

5. Do not use it in the place mixed with metal powder or sand dust. The cam & groove coupling can't be used under very bad working conditions, or it will reduce the long service life. In addition, if there are sundries attached, it will cause poor work or leakage.

6. Do not remove the cam & groove coupling.

Gas Type

It is mainly used for general fuse piping, with the characteristics of large flow, durability and corrosion resistance. The main material, size and installation shape are various.

Precautions for Use

1. The fluid must flow from the sleeve side to the plug side.

2. When installing the thread, do not exceed the maximum tightening torque to prevent damage.

3. Do not use in places where gas is trapped.

4. Do not load or unload when there is an open flame nearby.

5. In case of tempering, please replace with new products.

6. When installing the hose, never touch with oil to prevent natural fire.

7. When the hose is reinstalled, the end of the hose is cut from a point more than 3 cm.

Gas-liquid Type

It is mainly used for the piping of ion cooling device, brewing device, cutting oil piping of working machine and car washing machine. Through simple lever operation connection, it can transport liquid, gas, powder, etc. The main material, size and installation shape are various.

Precautions for Use

1. A brake valve must be installed before the cam & groove coupling.

2. Do not use it as a hinge joint.

3. If it is used in a machine with vibration or impact, its durability will be reduced.

4. Do not use water or glycol series medium for steel or iron cam & groove coupling, because the zinc coating on the surface will dissolve.

5. The used fluid is clean fluid filtered by a filter.

6. The "O" sealing ring must be kept oily all the time when it is used.

Semiconductor Type

It is mainly used in semiconductor, fluororesin semiconductor production equipment. The main material is corrosion-resistant metal or injection molded fluororesin (PFA) full resin products.

Precautions for Use

1. Carry out the dissolution test of sealing material for the fluid to confirm whether the material is suitable.

2. Use Teflon sealing tape for the external threads of the control threads.

3. To reduce friction and protect the "O" sealing ring when inserting, apply the fluid or pure water to the "O" sealing ring.

4. During separation, there is a small amount of fluid flowing out. To prevent danger, compressed air can be used to discharge and separate the fluid inside the cam & groove coupling.

5. Do not apply pressure when using a sleeve or a cam & groove coupling, to prevent the valve from flying out.

6. The specified dust cover must be installed for the unit.
