Insulation materials and antistatic materials are recommended. During the design and installation of the pipeline, a certain slope should be considered to facilitate the drainage of the effusion and avoid the secondary explosion caused by excessive residual mixture of the effusion. If necessary, the pipeline should be cleaned regularly. Fire arresters are installed on the exhaust branch pipes of each workshop to prevent the fire from spreading in an accident. The exhaust pipe should be made of stainless steel in order to better eliminate static electricity from the exhaust pipe.
Fans should be used for spraying exhaust gas treatment equipment. Attention should be paid to usual maintenance to prevent oil loss and desoldering and prevent metal friction from generating high heat and sparks.
PP materials are flammable materials. Spray towers made of PP materials can use submersible sewage pumps or centrifugal pumps if possible. The motor should be as far away from the tower as possible. If the pump body of the submerged pump is caught by foreign objects, it will cause the motor to heat up. If there is a problem with the circuit, the switch will cause the motor to fire if the switch does not jump, which will cause the PP spray tower to catch fire. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the aging short circuit of the circuit.
UV photocatalytic equipment is suitable for low-concentration exhaust gas. The main cause of the fire is the high concentration of exhaust gas due to the accumulation of exhaust gas in the pipeline. After the power is turned on, sparks and explosions will occur due to electrical problems with the line. Therefore, the fan should be turned on 10 minutes before the photo-oxygen equipment is turned on, and the photo-oxygen equipment should be turned on after the exhaust gas concentration in the pipeline is reduced to prevent fire.
5. Plasma Equipment Processing Concentration and Equipment Component Cleaning
Plasma fires and explosions mostly cause sparks due to electric field short-circuits, arcs generated by high voltages and many other reasons, so plasma is suitable for processing low-concentration exhaust gas. And every month, the plasma equipment and the electrode assembly should be drawn out and thoroughly cleaned, and every three months to half a year, all the electrodes of the plasma equipment should be drawn out and cleaned.
6. RTO Equipment Intake Concentration
The main reason for the explosion is that the intake air concentration and intake air volume are higher than the design, which leads to a sharp rise in the combustion chamber temperature in a short time. The mixture of high temperature exhaust gas and high concentration organic exhaust gas will cause the RTO exhaust port to explode. It may cause fire in the intake duct.
