Internationally renowned gas companies have independently developed gas cylinders and gas cylinder processing technologies suitable for contemporary electronic gas packaging, storage and transportation. There is no systematic research and development work in this area in China, which is far from abroad.

3. Analysis and testing concepts are backward. Foreign countries have developed a complete system of analytical testing methods and on-site analytical instruments, and withdrew from a variety of analytical instruments for impurity components, particles, and metal ions that are more harmful in electronic gases.

 However, under the guidance of "products are produced, not detected", China has not paid enough attention to the research and development of analysis and detection technology in the field of electronic gas production applications. At present, the level of domestic analysis and testing technology is not yet in line with international standards.

At present, there is still a certain gap between the research and development strength of domestic professional gas production enterprises and the world's leading level, such as the analysis and detection technology of high-purity raw material gas, container treatment and storage and transportation technology. Industrial gases, especially special gases, have very high requirements on the container treatment process. Multinational companies have independently developed supporting gas stainless steel valves, pipelines and standard interfaces to avoid secondary pollution and greatly improve product purity.

Domestic professional gas production enterprises are also paying more and more attention to technology research and development in the rapid development, and the technology research and development strength has also made great progress. Some production, detection, purification and container treatment technologies have reached international standards. With the application of high-purity gas becoming more and more extensive, the requirements for purity, quality and stability are getting higher and higher. Domestic gas companies have gradually increased their investment in high-purity gas feed gas analysis and detection technology. Some leading companies have mastered relatively complete analysis and test methods and are able to independently produce on-site analysis instruments.
